Is it really free?
- Yes, it’s a no strings attached session that aims to introduce you to coaching and explore how coaching can help you
How long does it take?
- 30-45 minutes, but before the session there’s a required 5 minute reading and a simple assignment.
What happens in a session?
- Session starts by defining what coaching is, what it is not and after that, a coaching session follows based on your assignment
Is it for me?
- It is for everyone who WANTS it (not need it), though I mainly work with millennials, everybody’s welcome to book a session
