Here’s how the program will look like.

+ Module 1 – Knowing what you value in life

How to know what you really value in life. I’ll help you be aware of your top values, your disconnected values and how to reconnect with them.

+ Module 2 – Knowing where you are in life

How to look at the different areas of your life. We’ll look at your wheel of life so you can gain awareness of the levels of satisfaction in the different areas of your life, identify which area you want to focus on and identify beliefs surrounding the area of choice.

+ Module 3 – Finding your reason for being

How to find your reason for waking up everyday. Identify what you really want to do and your passion in relation to the wheel of life, create your reason for being statement, create a mini-action plan using the Reason for Being tool that I created.

+ Module 4 – Nailing down your goals and the steps to achieve it

How to proceed. Create a plan on what is really feasible at the moment, create AIM-SMART goals, chunk goals into manageable steps.
